Who these Terms apply to

Adults only and legal capacity

• You must be at least 21 years old to use the service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must complete any age, identity, or account verification steps we reasonably require.
• You must provide accurate, current, and not misleading information when the service requests it.

Verification, security, and authenticity

• Account creation or access may require identity or age verification, authentication checks, or other security steps.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, device access, credentials, and authentication methods.
• You may not share accounts, transfer accounts, or impersonate any person, venue, organization, or brand.
• We may suspend, restrict, review, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, compromised, or inconsistent with these Terms.

What you must not do

• engage in unlawful activity or promote illegal conduct;
• harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, intimidate, discriminate against, or exploit other people;
• impersonate another person or entity, or otherwise deceive users about your identity or intentions;
• upload, publish, distribute, or use content without the necessary rights, permissions, or consent;
• publish, request, promote, or facilitate illegal sexual content or unlawful sexual services;
• engage in sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking-related conduct, extortion, or grooming;
• upload, request, promote, depict, or otherwise involve minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor;
• share or threaten to share non-consensual intimate imagery or other private sexual content;
• record, surveil, expose, dox, or publish private information about another person without lawful justification and valid consent where required;
• introduce malware, abuse automated tools, scrape the service at scale, or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law or contract;
• test, probe, or bypass security, moderation, visibility, verification, regional, or access-control systems; or
• use the service in any way that creates legal, operational, or safety risk for users, venues, or the platform.

Ownership and platform license

• You retain ownership of content you create or upload, except to the extent rights are assigned separately by written agreement.
• You grant Naughty By Nature a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, moderate, adapt for formatting, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service.
• You represent and warrant that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to upload and share the content, including any consent required from identifiable people shown in it.
• We may remove, disable, blur, gate, or restrict content if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, applicable law, safety standards, or moderation requirements.

Review, gating, and enforcement

• We reserve the right to review, restrict, remove, blur, gate, disable, or otherwise limit content, accounts, features, or visibility settings where this is reasonably necessary for user safety, platform integrity, or legal compliance.
• Moderation may involve human review, automated systems, risk scoring, verification signals, fraud detection, and abuse-prevention tooling.
• Access to some content or features may depend on verification status, consent flows, account state, safety controls, region, device, platform rules, or app-store restrictions.
• We may make enforcement decisions quickly and without prior notice when needed to protect users, venues, third parties, or the service itself.

How personal data is handled

Payments and subscriptions

Real-world participation stays your responsibility

• Platform visibility of a club, event, plan, RSVP, or attendee signal does not guarantee admission, entry, capacity, matching, invitation, or continued access.
• Venue rules, house rules, age checks, dress codes, local laws, and operator decisions continue to apply independently of the platform.
• Third-party venues, organizers, and operators are responsible for their own premises, staff, safety procedures, and on-site operations.
• You remain responsible for your conduct offline, including interactions, travel, purchases, and compliance with law and venue rules.

Our brand, software, and site materials

As is and as available

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available in its current form.
• We may add, change, suspend, restrict, or remove features, content, routes, or integrations at any time where reasonably necessary.

Reasonable limits, subject to law

Your responsibility for misuse

When access may stop

• We may suspend, restrict, review, or terminate access to all or part of the service at any time where reasonably necessary for safety, law, abuse prevention, account integrity, or operational reasons.
• You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure or deletion through the tools and flows we make available.
• Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability, indemnity, enforcement, and dispute-related clauses, will remain in effect after termination.

How updates work

• We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, safety needs, or operational realities.
• The updated version will become effective when posted at the canonical public terms page unless a later effective date is stated.
• Your continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If we make material changes, we may highlight them through the website, the app, account notices, or other appropriate channels.
